1. Acceptance
By accessing or using MrsFoodie.AI, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Service
MrsFoodie.AI provides AI-powered automation tools for restaurants, including comment moderation, conversational chat, SMS, Messenger, WhatsApp, and reporting capabilities.
3. Subscription & Billing
MrsFoodie.AI is offered for $59/month per single-location restaurant, billed monthly. New accounts may begin with a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. Specifically, you must not violate TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or any platform-specific policies (Meta, WhatsApp, etc.). You're responsible for the content your guests interact with.
5. Intellectual Property
The MrsFoodie.AI platform, including the AI Engine and all software, is owned by MrsFoodie.AI, Inc. You retain ownership of your menu, brand assets, and guest data.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it humming 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MrsFoodie.AI's liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
